   7. “Support Group” refers to user-led or Professional groups that offer peer support and are listed on the Platform.
   8. “Helpline” denotes telephonic or online services offering crisis intervention or mental health support.
   9. “Community” refers to the collective group of all users and participants on the Platform, including individuals seeking mental health resources, therapists, support group coordinators, helpline operators, event organizers, and resource providers. The Community is bound by a shared interest in mental health awareness, support, and advocacy, engaging in collaborative and supportive interactions through the Platform’s features and services.
   10. “Support Providers” refers to the Community of individuals, groups, professionals and other service providers listed with us for the purposes of helping Users care for their mental health.
   11. “Event” covers any workshop, seminar, or gathering organized either by the Platform, or Community, aimed at promoting mental health awareness or education. “Community Event” specifically implies an event organized by the Community that isn’t owned or operated by TheMindClan.com.
   12. “Resources” encompasses the educational and therapeutic materials available for access or download. These could include articles, podcasts, videos, self-help tools, and other informational content designed to improve mental health and wellbeing.
   13. “Products” refers to any physical or digital goods offered through the Platform that are intended to support, enhance, or facilitate users’ mental health and wellbeing. This includes, but is not limited to, books, therapeutic tools, educational materials, apps, and merchandise. Products may be provided by TheMindClan.com or by third-party vendors through the Platform.
   14. “Resource Provider” is any entity or individual that provides educational, informational, or therapeutic resources on the Platform.

A Listing may be created by a User, a Therapist, a Support Provider, or the Team, and is intended to provide valuable information or services to the Community.
   16. “Listing Operator” refers to the entity or individual who the Listing Content refers to. They’re responsible for creating, and maintaining the accuracy of Listings on the Platform. This could be a speficic Therapist, a Support Provider, or anyone else the Listing refers to. TheMindClan.com handles such requests on behalf of the Listing Operator, to ensure they have the ability to add, edit, or remove information, resources, services, or products from their Listings, ensuring that the Community has access to the most accurate and up-to-date information.
   17. “Guest Posts” refers to content that is created and provided by individuals or entities other than the primary Team of the Platform. These posts may offer unique perspectives, insights, or expertise on topics related to mental health and wellbeing. Guest Posts are typically published on the Platform’s blog or resources section, and are subject to approval and editing by the Platform’s team to ensure they align with the Platform’s standards and guidelines.

2. Disclaimers:

   1. Information on TheMindClan.com is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be considered as medical advice, whether toward diagnosis or treatment of a mental or physical health problem, or for prescribing medication.

  • Evaluating whether a recommended or self-nominated provider meets our community standards.
  • The right to accept, modify, or reject any request for listing at any time.
  • If a request is rejected, providers are encouraged to reapply after six months.
  • If a listing is accepted but found to have incomplete details (e.g., missing profile picture or website URL), we reserve the right to obtain and update such details from publicly available sources like social media profiles. In certain circumstances, we may also edit content provided by Support Providers, Resource, and Product Owners to better align with what our users seek from the platform. By submitting your profile and content, you grant us the permission to make such edits and updates as necessary to maintain the integrity and consistency of the platform.

• Information Shared With The Platform
  You confirm that all details you provide to the Platform are accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge and belief. You commit to promptly inform us of any changes or errors in that information.

  Should any information be found to be false, misleading, or misrepresentative, you acknowledge that you may be held liable, and as a result, your public Listings may be removed from the Platform.

Additionally, we reserve the right to change or modify our membership structure at any time and may impose fees on users, professionals, facilitators, or events listed on the platform.

    We do not charge our professionals, facilitators, or event organizers a fee to prioritize their listing order on the platform. The order of content displayed is either Random, Reverse Chronological, or Chronological. Please note that the criteria for content ordering are subject to change at any time.

20. Refunds:

    All payments made directly to TheMindClan.com for products and services fulfilled by us are non-refundable, even in the case of any cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, or any other circumstances.

    Although rare, if you are entitled to a refund of a payment made directly to us, payment gateway charges and local tax and other charges may be deducted from the refund amount. The average refund processing time is around 7 – 14 working days, and these payments will be made using the same payment method. In cases where the payment was made in cash, we may request your bank details to facilitate a refund.

    However, for payments made to support service providers, third-party resource owners, or product owners through our platform, refunds are subject to the terms set by those respective parties.
